Below are the rates for our most commonly requested services. As each project is different, we encourage you to reach out to us with a detailed description of your session so that we can provide you with an accurate quote. We frequently offer discounts to unsigned artists & producers, as well as for weekend bookings.
Regardless of the service you choose, every session includes our popular vocal chain (Neumann U87 & Neve 1073 preamp) as well as an assortment of guitars, basses, and keyboards. Access to other gear, such as our vintage tube mics and analog hardware are only available when booking with an engineer or subject to a hire charge if booking without an engineer. The above rates are for studio hire (without an assistant) where clients are capable of running the session and packing down all on their own. This rate includes an “assisted setup” to ensure a productive session.
*Assisted setup can last a maximum of 30 minutes, and mainly includes helping with basic signal flow, connecting a laptop to our system etc. If you’re looking to use multiple mics in your recording setup, or want help finding the right mic for your singer, we highly recommend booking with our experienced engineers for the setup. Please be in touch for a quote.
**Assisted pack downs can be booked for £40 per session, otherwise clients are expected to tidy and reset the studios themselves

The above rates are for basic engineering**. Perfect for independent artists and producers looking for a professional recording experience at an affordable rate. With full access to our Neumann U87 and Neve 1073 vocal chain as well as any other gear found in the studio (check Studio C and Studio D to see what’s included), this service is ideal for singers-songwriters and producers looking to record vocals/overdubs. If you’re looking to record more than one instrument (i.e. vocals, guitar, bass, piano, synth, drums), you’ll have to switch over to our Premier Engineering rates seen below.

The above rates are for premier engineering**. Designed for labels, bands, solo artists, and producers looking for the highest standard of audio recording. From tracking final vocals, acoustic instruments, live ensembles, and full band recordings. You’ll work with our most experienced engineers, and have access to all our classic tube mics, outboard gear, and instruments. For sessions requiring access to our Yamaha U1 Upright Piano, Studio D is an option subject to availability.

Membership Rates
Back in 2016, we pioneered the affordable studio membership model in London. Originally called ‘bundles’, these monthly subscriptions gives artists a permanent residence at one of the cities most sought-after recording studios. Additionally, it introduces you to our growing community of artists, vocalists, producers, sound engineers and more as we continue to host in-studio parties, workshops, and events for members.
With whatever membership you choose, you’ll get the following:
Easy booking through our online and in-app calendar
Flexibility to book sessions as they work with your schedule
Ability to book additional studio time at a similarly discounted rate
Access to our Neumann U87 & Neve 1073 vocal chain, as well as any other equipment subject to availability and experience level
*Unique to this membership is the option to have a fixed (i.e. recurring) timeslot or a flexible one. All other memberships offer booking subject to studio availability
